About the campus

In 1967, a group of academic professionals and businessmen founded the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE), which is considered to be one of the most prestigious business schools worldwide.

The IPADE later founded Panamericana University (UP) in an effort to create an institution of higher education of the same quality standards.

Panamericana University is located in Mexico City. It is comprised of seven schools. The university also has two affiliated campuses in Mexico, one in Guadalajara and a second in Aguascalientes. The campus in Guadalajara was founded in 1981 by IPADE graduates.
