Procedure for International Academic Exchange

Find all the steps you need to follow to apply for an Academic Exchange at Universidad Panamericana

EXCHANGE PROGRAM

1.-   Go to your University International Office and ask for information about us and our programs.

 

2.- Complete the online application here.

 

​​3.- In the same platform upload the following documention:

 

  • Reference letter: Issued by your University. Ask for it at your University International Office.
  • Copy of your valid passport.
  • 1 Digital photograph (Passport Size, Color).
  • Health insurance.
  • Signed Rights and Responsibility Letter. (Download here)
  • Comprehensive Privacy Notice (Download here)

 

4.-     Make sure your International Office approves your application with all required documentation in order for us to receive it before the deadline dates:  

 

  • Fall semester (August - December): Documents must be sent before May 31st .  
  • Spring semester (January - June): Documents must be sent before October 31st.

NON EXCHANGE PROGRAM

1.- Fill and send the following information:

 

  • Application Form.
  • Reference letter: Issued by your University. Ask for it at your University International Office.
  • Letter expressing motivation: indicating your reasons for studying at Universidad Panamericana (no more than one page).
  • Copy of your valid passport.
  • 1 Digital photograph (Passport Size, Color).
  • Partial Transcript of records
  • Health insurance.
  • Comprehensive Privacy Notice

 

2.- Wait for the acceptance of our University

 

3.-After you are accepted, make the payment for the semester tuition

 

4.- Make sure the documents and payment are delivered before:  

 

  • Fall semester (August - December): Documents must be sent before May 31st .  
  • Spring semester (January - June): Documents must be sent before October 31st.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Most international students are allowed to study in Mexico up to 180 days without a student visa; however, please verify it with the Mexican Consulate in your country.
