IXNAMIQUI OLINKI, UNIVERSIDAD PANAMERICANA'S ROBOT, IS ON IT'S WAY TO SUPPORT THE RESCUE OPERATIONS
Aguascalientes, september 20, 2017.-
The UP robotics team would like to contribute their experience in the development of the rescue machine for building inspection and rescue in the rubble of Mexico City in an attempt to access difficult and risky locations that the brigades have not been able uncover.
UP Robotics is currently traveling with Ixnamiqui Olinki, autonomous battery-equipped machine with three phase low-voltage motors. The transmission of the robot has planetary boxes capable of supplying force to the starter in order to access unreachable sites along with a thermal camera that measures proximity, provides lighting and has a CO2 sensor to detect people.
