Specialist in Amparo and Procedural Law

Students will delve into Procedural Law, types of trials, main foundations of the Adjective law of different legal branches with national and international current perspectives as well as the main elements of the Amparo trial, its current structure and scope, and mechanisms to defend the Constitution.

Class sessions take place on Fridays from 5 to 9 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.

It is geared for those lawyers whose specialized area of ​​practice is litigation, state protection and defense of the Constitution, substantive areas or who are looking to update their legal knowledge.

They are capable of performing in the field of procedural law with the precision and rigor they need. They have the knowledge to design successful strategies to present Amparo trials or to defend the Constitution.

In the areas of ​​litigation, consulting, mediation and conciliation.

Opciones de titulación

The accreditation of our specialist course is obtained by taking the modules related to the area of interest and by passing the respective tests, without having to present a final professional examination.

 

The course is organized into 30 modules lasting one year.
