Students will delve into Substantive Corporate Law by knowing the organization, the structure, and the reach of different Commercial Societies as well as the fundamental concepts and trends in Corporate and Economic Law, their protection and legal defense.

Perfil de ingreso

This program is geared towards lawyers whose area of practical expertise is that of legal agents for commercial partnerships, legal representatives, legal directors of companies or of legal, financial or tributary areas in either public or private law, notaries, brokers or in general professionals in the area of commercial law.

The knowledge acquired in any of our programs ensures our graduates are trained to the highest degree of specialization in order to interact with competence in their area of expertise, in order to provide innovative legal strategies with broad horizons in the world of business, with a practical,, efficient and profound vision related to topics in this area of law.

In the areas of ​​litigation, consulting, mediation and conciliation.

Opciones de titulación

The accreditation of our specialist course is obtained by taking the modules related to the area of interest and by passing the respective tests, without having to present a final professional examination.

 

The course is organized into 30 modules lasting one year.
