Master’s in Administrative Law

The Master’s program in Administrative Law aims to provide participants with important theoretical and practical information on administrative matters, which will enable them to face challenges in their professional practice, either in private law, in jurisdiction, or in public law.
At the same time, the program offers participants a solid ethical foundation for the exercise of Administrative Law.
Bloque 1
Horarios
During the first year, sessions are held from 7 to 9:45 pm on Mondays on Wednesdays. During the second year, they are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the same schedule.
When the professors are from abroad, the schedule will be Monday to Thursday from 7 to 9:45 pm and Friday from 6 to 8:45 pm.

Given the multidisciplinary nature of the program, candidates will come from the field of Law, Economic-Administrative Sciences, or related fields in Social Sciences.
Perfil de egreso
Upon completing the program, the participant will be able to:
Analyze and contextualize various theoretical and practical problems in Administrative Law and alternative solutions to the same.
Deepen the theoretical and practical knowledge of Administrative Law, considering the needs, demands and new trends in both the public and private sectors.
Apply specific techniques and skills that will enable the graduate to provide advice of the highest professional level.
Contextualize and understand the challenges and legal issues that currently face Public Administration in order to find and implement the best strategies and solutions.
Produce scientific and legal research in Administrative Law and Public Administration.
Possess a profound ethical training in the practice of their profession, especially in regards to the practice of Administrative Law, be it in advising and consulting, litigation, administration of justice, or civil service.
Opciones de titulación
To obtain the degree in Administrative Law, once the modules have been satisfactorily completed, the graduate will prepare a thesis which will be defended before and academic jury.
