Master's in Constitutional Procedural Law

Program aimed at judges, magistrates, civil servants, counsellors, and lawyers interested in the profound study and analysis of various defense and consitutional control mechanisms.
To reach this objective, the Master's in Constitutional Procedural Law, which lasts two years, has a prestigious faculty and experience in this subject in a national and international level.
The program is officially recognized by the Secretariat of Public Education.
Bloque 1
Horarios
Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm.
In case of foreign teachers
From Monday to Thursday from 5 to 10 pm.
Fridays from 6 to 9 pm.

Perfil de ingreso
- Bachelor’s in Law or in Accounting, with three years’ profesional experience and GPA of 8.5/10 minimum during the Bachelor’s.
- Have an interview with the Academic Director or Coordinator of the program
- Curriculum vitae.
- Credit the corresponding admission test
- Deliver two letters of recommendation
Perfil de egreso
Graduates will know the conceptual framework in which the constitutional justice is practiced.
Manage the argumentative and interpretative guidelines of the jurisdictional legal operators in constitutional matters.
Know the different constitutional processes established nationally and in America for the defense of the consitution and human rights.
Design the best legal strategies for the defense and protection of consitutional and conventional contents.
Produce legal scientific research in the field of constitutioanl procedural law.
