Weekdays: from 7 to 10 pm at  Tecoyotitla or Santa Fe.

Perfil de ingreso

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Interested in acquiring the skills necessary to diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate different Human Capital management systems of the company in line with the strategic plans and organizational development.
  • Able to create strategies based on the development of Human Capital, in order to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Interested in developing at national and international companies in the areas of planning the human factor, salaries and benefits, performance evaluation, total quality and organizational development, among others, or in agencies of Competency Certification.
  • Able to create and implement programs related to Human Capital development in business.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in any field, with work experience in Human Capital management or related fields, as well as independent consultants who want to update their knowledge.
  • Have knowledge of Computers, Administration, Consulting, Total Quality, Education, and Research.
  • Be responsible, creative, innovative, empathic, and with initiative
  • Also of value:

    Interest in Human Capital Management and improvement of working groups

    Entrepreneurial attitude, taste for human relations

    Ability to plan, implement and evaluate continuous improvement processes, training and certification

    Service attitude 

Perfil de egreso

Upon completing the master’s program, the participant will have acquired knowledge of:

Analysis and evaluation of situations to identify opportunities and devise innovative strategies in the field of international management.

The creation of a holistic view of the organization and its international environment.

Formulation of strategies for international business management.

Improvement of operational diagnostic habits, decision and control.

Design and implementation of quality programs in international organizations.

Implementation and control the execution of decisions.

Develop and use management models for decision making.

Mexican business management and how to direct it to an international competitive level.

Upon completing the master’s program, the participant will have acquired skills in:

Developing a comprehensive vision of the mission and strategies of organizations.

Driving groups and achieving goals in an environment of mutual trust (leadership).

Participating in multidisciplinary teams to achieve corporate objectives in an environment of cooperation and mutual support.

Negotiating to promote actions that involve benefits to the organization.

Promoting an environment of excellence and quality.

Resolving interpersonal conflicts that may affect the organization.

Progressing and adapting to technological, economic, political and social change, both nationally and globally.

Creatively apply the acquired theoretical knowledge.

Managing computer systems and communication for information processing.

Showing initiative

Basing decisions on the analysis and integration of information resulting from specific searches.

Good oral and written communication in both Spanish and English.

 

Upon completing the master’s program, the participant will demonstrate the following attitudes:

Commitment. Practitioners should identify with organizational goals and offer their best to achieve them.

Respect and adherence to the ethical canons. Professional ethics is the standard that should regulate the professional performance of individuals in any circumstance.

Service. Industrial relations in any entity involves mutual service while co-participating in the achievement of organizational objectives.

Success. An aspiration inherent in professional practice.
