Training for the New Labor Conciliation Centers in Aguascalientes

Universidad Panamericana, through the SparkUP Aguascalientes Business Accelerator, successfully completed a project for the SEGGOB (Secretary of Government of the State of Aguascalientes). The project was strongly supported by Dr. Gabriel Domínguez García Villalobos, Rector of the campus; Mtro. Antonio de los Reyes Moreno, Director of the Law School; and Mtro. Juan Manuel Flores Femat, Secretary General of Government.

The project consisted of "Training for the new Labor Conciliation Centers in Aguascalientes"; the objective was to train and update public servants who are part of the legal areas of public administration agencies and parastatal entities; conciliation personnel, notifiers, union and employer sectors, as well as litigation attorneys, in order to prepare them to disseminate, raise awareness and support workers, unions and employers in complying with the New Labor Justice Model in Mexico.

M.C. Verónica Castro, Manager of Liaison, worked together with Rosa Avelina Vázquez, Academic Secretary of the School of Law, leading in a collaborative team a group of expert lawyers in labor matters, making it possible to generate, train and manage the project, in order to successfully complete it.
