Mexico City, November 15, 2022.- On November 7, a collaboration agreement was signed between Universidad Panamericana, through the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and the Centro Mexicano para la Filantropía, A.C.(Cemefi).
Present at the event on behalf of Panamericana were Dr. Eulalio González Anta, Director of the School of Business; Dr. David Berriolope Galván, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation; and Ms. Esli Gallegos, Coordinator of Social Responsibility and Sustainability.
Cemefi was represented by Dr. Ricardo Bucio, Executive President; Dr. Evodio Sánchez, director of the Corporate Social Responsibility Program; Ivonne Cannet, coordinator of the Campus ESR program; and Estefhanía Rodriguez, CSR leader.
Signing of the agreement
The signing of this agreement will promote corporate social responsibility by training companies and consultants in this area.
Thus, Panamericana and Cemefi will jointly train consultants and social responsibility managers to improve their performance and impact on society.
Theoretical and practical programs are designed to facilitate the implementation of improvements in social and/or sustainable indicators that, in turn, increase productivity, profitability and innovation in companies. This also opens the door to the development of research in this area.
Sustainable Development Goals
By promoting corporate social responsibility, it is expected that companies will contribute to a greater extent to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN's 2030 Agenda (decent and economic work; industry, innovation and infrastructure). As well as empowering:

- Quality education.
- Gender equality.
- Clean water and sanitation.
- Affordable and non-polluting energy.
- Reduction of inequalities.
- Responsible production and consumption.
