Professor Alejandro Sada received his PhD in Philosophy from the University of Navarra (2020). Since 2011 he works as a Research Professor at Universidad Panamericana, where he has taught different undergraduate and graduate courses. Among his most recent publications are the books: "Assent and certainty in the thought of John Henry Newman" (Nun, 2021); and "Sense and truth. Towards a new understanding from philosophy from the thought of Joseph Ratzinger" (BAC, 2023, in press). He is editor of the book "Joseph Ratzinger in Dialogue with Philosophical Traditions", to be published in English, Spanish and German (Bloomsbury, T&T Clark; Encuentro; Ratzinger Studien). He is especially interested in the relationship between faith and reason, and in the metaphysical and anthropological implications of the Christian faith. He has also specialized in the study of the thought of John Henry Newman and Joseph Ratzinger.
