On this occasion the concept of the evening was the different experiences in Italy, from the decoration, where in order to transmit the experience of this magnificent place, they emphasized the traditional yellow lemon, the Italian music, the representative colors of the landscapes in this country in the ceramic tableware, and the dishes that revoked the traditional Italian flavor, with the touch of elegance characteristic of the annual dinner. The menu, designed by the students, was composed of: a pickled octopus, a burrata with cherry tomatoes, balsamic cream and garlic confit; a homemade pasta filled with ricotta with truffle bathed in Grana Padano cheese sauce, a prosecco sorbet with rosemary, a salmon piccata, as a main course and to close, amaretto tiramisu dessert and white chocolate panacotta with a traditional Italian coffee.

Which our students reflect today at this dinner, as we will witness the work and effort made by our students (...)" mentioned Dr. Friné Velázquez Contreras, Director of the ESDAI School.
