ESDAI Guadalajara, representatives of Latin America at the global level

Zapopan, Jalisco; October 18, 2022.- Students from the Escuela Superior de Administración de Instituciones (ESDAI) of the Universidad Panamericana campus Guadalajara had the opportunity to participate in the PCMA Global Student Competition. PCMA Global Student Competitionin which they were finalists.

PCMA is an international meetings industry association with a presence in 59 countries. To create a link between students and the industry, each year it holds the Business Events Industry Challenge, which engages teams to gain greater knowledge and understanding of the industry by creating a successful event.

The objective of the competition is to generate a proposal for an incentive trip, meeting, consumer fair, exhibition, conference, congress or product launch in which the formulation of ideas and the concept of the event are evaluated to know the relevance it will have within the industry.

This challenge is carried out at the Latin American level and different universities participated to be selected as part of the finalists. ESDAI Guadalajara participated with a group of five students who were selected as part of the four finalist teams that will represent Latin America in the global competition next November.

The students participating in the team are: Mariana Sánchez Carrera, Nathalia Peregrina Espinosa de los Monteros, María Carolina Luna Armenta, Brenda del Carmen Plascencia Alvizo and Monserrat Rocas Urquiza. Guided by teachers Úrsula Martínez Altamirano and Ana Gabriela Ramírez Gutiérrez.

The winning team will be invited to present at the Convening Leaders to interact with industry thought leaders attending PCMA's most important platform.

The Universidad Panamericana campus Guadalajara congratulates and wishes the ESDAI students the best of luck in the next stage of the competition, next November.
