June 8, 2022.- The Universidad Panamericana stood out in the 2023 edition of the international ranking prepared by the British consulting firm specializing in education, Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), as the second best private university in Mexico and the fourth nationally among public and private universities, in addition to placing it in the top 30 in Latin America overall and the top 10 in the students per professor indicator.
The QS considers six evaluation criteria:
- Academic reputation.
- Ratio of teachers/students.
- Research citations by professor.
- Reputation among employers.
- International teachers.
- International students.
This result is largely due to the academic prestige of its professors, which transcends internationally; to the influence of its 140 researchers, members of the National System of Researchers (SNI); to the ratio between professors and students, which allows it to provide the personalized attention that characterizes the institution; and to the prestige that its alumni have generated among employers.
It is worth mentioning that such notoriety has a double value considering that Panamericana is a young university with a much smaller enrollment compared to the rest of the universities in Mexico and the world.
