The general objective of this program is to develop experts who are able to manage from the design to the execution of improvement projects required in the business processes of any company or organization and who are also creative in solving administrative, financial and human problems.

Perfil de ingreso

The ideal candidate will:


• Have studied a related Specialist course

Have completed a degree in Economic-Administrative Sciences, Accounting or Engineering

• Have basic knowledge of finance, accounting, mathematics, business and economics.

• Have work experience and interest in professional development in the area of ​​evaluation and project management for the public and private sector, consultants and independent professionals for advice in planning, evaluation, implementation and management of investment projects and for teaching financial and administrative subjects.

• Have skills in the use of financial, economic and mathematics software tools and methodologies for evaluation.

• Have skills in analysis for decision-making and teamwork.

Perfil de egreso

Upon completion of this program the participant will be able to:

Acquire knowledge of high value-added concepts, tools and key project management continuous improvement methodologies.

Develop integration skills and leadership teams through the practical implementation of the concepts.

Analyze the current problems of Mexican companies or organizations.

Propose solutions that have a positive impact within organizations and in their social environment, by observing and committing to act ethically.

Apply organizational strategy with holistic, ethical and pragmatic vision for long-term institutional benefits and service to society.

Opciones de titulación

  • To obtain the Master’s degree in Project Evaluation and Administration, it is necessary to:
  • Pass 100% of the modules with a minimum grade of 8.
  • Develop or analyze a case based on one of the topics covered in the curriculum
  • Present and defend the case before a jury.
  • Pay all corresponding fees and obligations.
  • Have covered all tuition fees.
  • Have turned in all necessary documents.
