Specialist in Oral-Adversarial System of Criminal Justice

Students will analyze the general terms of the Constitutional Reform which establishes the Oral-Adversarial System of Criminal Justice, its scope and obligations for the Federal and State legislative bodies.

El Sistema de Justicia Penal Acusatorio y el Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Penal Mexicano
Bloque 4: 
La Implementación de la Reforma en Los Estado de la República Mexicana


Class sessions take place on Fridays from 5 to 9 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.

Perfil de ingreso

It is geared for lawyers whose practice is in Human Rights and the accusatory criminal system, in the areas of procurement and delivery of Justice, criminal proceedings or exercise of the study and defense of human rights either academic, private, in intermediary organizations or in the public administration field.

The knowledge acquired in any of our programs ensures our graduates are trained to the highest degree of specialization in order to interact with competence in their area of expertise.  They will be able to skillfully and diligently apply these new reforms.

Opciones de titulación

The accreditation of our specialist course is obtained by taking the modules related to the area of interest and by passing the respective tests, without having to present a final professional examination.


The course is organized into 30 modules lasting one year.
