The Master’s program in Taxes is directed towards persons interested in:


Developing national and international corporate restructurings

Conducting international investigation into possible tax proposals not in the current agreements and proposing reforms for their interpretation and application

Conducting research on possible tax proposals that are not in the laws

Advising multinational companies on accounting, tax and financial matters with a comprehensive view of the business processes involved in them

Teamwork, leadership, negotiation, ethical commitment, research and decision-making

Reliability to meet domestic and international tax issues that arise in their professional development

Perfil de egreso

Upon completing the program, the participant will:

Have knowledge of the Mexican tax system with its conceptual framework

Have the ability to apply tax laws on real and concrete situations

Know non-tax laws relating to tax rules

Set standards in corporate administrative controls necessary in employee-employer relations

 Envision strategic planning of corporate taxes and their relationship with finance


International Tax Block

Upon completing the program, the participant will:

Understand all the economic factors involved in fiscal policy and how policy decisions of a fiscal nature result in the country's economy and its international impact

Analyze national and international tax laws as well as models of agreements to avoid double taxation

Apply tax provisions in specific situations from a perspective correlated to the law, and free trade agreements signed by Mexico, and interpret the methodology and application of transfer pricing.


Fiscal Strategy Block

Assess the financial information of an economic entity, as the essential basis for national and international tax financial decision making

Recognize current tax legislation in Mexico to work with senior management in the efficient management of company resources
