Master’s in Project Management

The Master’s program in Project Management seeks to develop professionals who are capable of designing, evaluating and implementing investment projects which offer comprehensive support to obtaining the Strategic Objectives of the Firm.


It offers a variety of knowledge and specialized tools which are indispensable to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the firm’s problems, and to propose, from a management perspective, the most adequate investment alternatives.


The Master in Project Management will be capable of designing organizational strategies and to apply integration and team work skills to effectively manage new projects and continuous improvement in companies.

Saturdays from 8am to 2pm  at Mixcoac or Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 to 10 pm at Santa Fe.

You must cover 6 hours per week

The program lasts about 1 year

Tax issues governing financial planning, creating and implementing strategies that create competitive advantages, considering the global implications of their decisions

The management of computational models and simulators for processing projects, analysis and financial decision making , identifying the stock and financial markets that frame them

Accounting and financial analyses that provide the building blocks for strategic planning and implementation tools

Information technology , supported by a set of marketing plans and controls, to link with maximum efficiency market forecasts with production and service capabilities

Domestic and international markets operations, so that decision making is based on deep knowledge of the macro and micro environment surrounding organizations.

The functions of advising and / or high-level executive leadership in organizations

Manufacturing processes, optimization of production systems and the design of new processes and          products.
