Upon completing the program, the Specialist in Human Talent will be able to:

Diagnose needs for planning and design strategies that contribute to human capital development.Assess strategic processes and their relevance according to the purposes of the organization.Employ instructional strategies for the development of human talentIntegrate an interdisciplinary perspective in the investigation and solution to the problems of education and training in an organization.
