Dr. Edgar Demetrio Tovar García

I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Barcelona, later I made a postdoctoral stay at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. I have worked as Short Term Consultant of the World Bank and as Research Professor in Mexican and Russian Universities. My interests include financial system, economics of education, language policy, and econometric modelling, particularly regression analysis with panel data.
