In the Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy at the Open University we prepare education professionals with a human approach so that they actively participate in the creation of a better world through education.
We seek to provide students with the necessary tools to intervene in the educational reality in an ethical, humanising and innovative way. These enable them to diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate educational processes in specific contexts, taking into account individual differences and social needs, so that they can make decisions and propose solutions aimed at strengthening and improving the educational environment.
The student is also trained to undertake and manage projects and leadership groups, through interaction and negotiation with the different actors that make up the educational community.
The pedagogue who studies at Panamericana has a direct impact on society as he or she analyses current national and international educational policies in order to propose strategies in accordance with the real needs of our country.
