FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCES

The Faculty of Health Sciences opened its doors in 1996 with the Schools of Medicine and Nursing, with the aim of training highly qualified health professionals, with a specialized focus on research and social work.

In 2012, we incorporated the School of Psychology, the Interdisciplinary Bioethics Center (CIBUP), the Panamericana Health System (SIPASA), Vive Sano, the University Center for Health and Wellbeing (CUSAB), and the Clinical Psychology Unit into the Faculty.

Through the CIBUP we offer students and graduates complementary programs in Bioethics and different diploma courses in this core discipline of life sciences. Our Master's and Doctorate in Bioethics belong to the CONACYT's National Quality Graduate Program.
