The School of Philosophy was founded 55 years ago with the aim of becoming a leading academic institution in Mexico. Since then, it has become one of the most renowned schools of philosophy in Latin America and a community characterized by lively philosophical dialogue and a vibrant intellectual life.
Through our undergraduate and graduate programs, we aim to provide students with the intellectual skills proper to the discipline and a deep understanding of the philosophical tradition, while preparing professionals capable of contributing to a more humane society in response to contemporary challenges.
