The Specialty in Anthropology and Ethics is a program that seeks for the student to master the theoretical principles of anthropology, applied to the different branches of knowledge.
It will facilitate a philosophical vision of man that will allow him to argue: the capacity to reach the truth, the irreducibility of human life to its material components and the need for openness to other people and to transcendence.
It will help to generate a welcoming attitude towards the human being, discovering unsuspected horizons that our society and the world demand for a better quality of life.

Testimonials
"Thank you Universidad Panamericana for giving me the opportunity to take the Specialty in Anthropology and Ethics, a specialty with a very high level of academic content and faculty. Undoubtedly, it provided me with very enriching knowledge and experiences for my personal and professional life, as well as for our work as trainers. Having a deep concept and understanding of man and his behavior, helped me to be more empathetic, to maintain and reinforce ethics as a basis and fundamental principle for our actions and problem solving, to have a greater motivation to achieve the development of those around us and to reinforce the sense of transcendence in our daily life and that of others. In my particular case, I took advantage of this graduate program to give an anthropological approach to the development of the company. In my dissertation I studied the value of the person within organizations, to find an answer to such a current and important issue as the motivation of the person who works to retain talent and obtain high productivity rates. An organization with a clear conception of human dignity will focus its policies and methods on the person. Our conception of man determines the way we see the different fields of activities, hence the great value left by this specialty."

Testimonials
"Nowadays it seems that the figure of man is blurred, and perception takes on a sense of reality. The Specialty in Anthropology and Ethics, with its curriculum and solid faculty, helps participants reflect on What is man? as well as the ethical principles that should govern their actions."

Testimonials
"My studies are Industrial Engineering, Specialization in Quality Systems Management and a Master's Degree in Administration, my professional profile is very focused on sales, public relations, business organization, among others. In short, the Specialty could not be more "far away" from my areas of knowledge and experience. I felt motivated by this fact, for having the opportunity to study something unknown, totally new to me. I must admit that there were many moments when I felt frustrated, because I am a practical person by nature, humanistic subjects are not so easy for me. But overall, I really enjoyed the topics and the discussions we had in class. Writing the dissertation was a challenge for me, since letters are not my thing, I express myself better with numbers. But, thanks to my Advisor Francisco Padilla, I enjoyed researching the topics and writing the papers, making ideas my own that I never thought I could express."

Testimonials
"The Specialty in Anthropology and Ethics, among other things, such as rediscovering friendships, mainly reaffirmed in my person, but in a systematic, orderly and deeper way, that which UP gives you naturally and between the lines, that is, it deeply reaffirmed for me the value and dignity of the person, the importance of human virtues, the transcendence of being To name just a few."

Testimonials
"With the pleasure of greeting you, I would like to express my satisfaction for having received the Specialty in Anthropology and Ethics, which now allows me to have fresh knowledge that once, recent or distant, I had acquired in my professional training process. This knowledge, however, I have received from a Christian-Catholic perspective, which allows me to have a greater understanding of the issues especially because of the transcendental sense they acquire under that perspective. This new understanding, therefore, is richer and, I believe, has been reflected in my classes and in my person. I thank the University for this preparation of its faculty, to which I belong."
