The Bachelor's Degree in Education aims to prepare professionals with a solid academic foundation and professional competencies, capable of designing, implementing, and managing innovative educational initiatives in various fields, with the goal of transforming reality through ethical integrity and social responsibility.

Curriculum Administration and Implementation

The curriculum consists of 56 required courses and 18 elective courses, of which students must take at least 8, based on their interests and academic backgrounds, for a total of 64 courses to be completed during the program.

The bachelor's degree program is designed to be completed in eight semesters, organized into three blocks:

• Core Module, covering the first two semesters;
• Intermediate Block, from the third to the fifth semester;
• Professional Track, 6th through 8th semesters.

Throughout their academic career, students take required and elective courses that allow them to choose from various academic tracks, including: pedagogical specialization, innovation in learning, management of educational and social institutions, and human talent management. These tracks are predefined and are structured through the selection of elective courses over the course of eight semesters.

Upon completion of the bachelor’s degree program, students will be eligible to receive internal academic recognition—which has no official validity—for the completion of at least two academic tracks. This recognition strengthens their professional profile and validates the competencies they have acquired to perform in various areas of the education field with ethical integrity and social responsibility.

As a requirement for continuing education, students must demonstrate proficiency in English, in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulations of the National Institute of Higher Education ( Universidad Panamericana ) and the Internal Regulations of the School of Education.

Finally, as part of their education, students complete internships designed to help them develop professional skills.
