From the Guadalajara Campus, different volunteer activities are carried out with the aim of raising awareness among the university community about the care of the environment and, likewise, to develop the fundamental principle of the University "living to serve". Among the actions carried out are:

1. University Reforestations (annual reforestations have been carried out in Jalisco since 2019).
2. Adoption of trees and plants.
3. Planting of the Pollinator Garden on Campus.
4. Ecological Talks and Workshops.
5. Pet Cap recycling campaigns.
6. Paper campaigns (leaves, cardboard and newspaper).

Social Commitment is the area that defines the hallmark of Universidad Panamericana, as it is responsible for generating in the university community (students, alumni, academics and collaborators) a true social awareness and responsibility, which favors the analysis and solution of specific problems.

The Faculty of Health Sciences provides first level medical and health care services to the general population and people of limited economic resources, through the linkage of the health system of the Universidad Panamericana and other educational and health institutions in the country at different levels of care, in order to promote and generate a sense of social responsibility and solidarity.

Office that seeks to provide free legal advice and sponsorship, as well as emotional support to victims of domestic violence and people of limited resources in Mexico City, being a formative space for legal professionals committed to their community.

In alliance with Fundación MAPFRE, in 2015 we consolidated the creation of the Community Centre in an area on the outskirts of Mexico City to concentrate in one physical space all the programmes that a community attends to. This has allowed us to work with all sectors of the community with continuous evaluation.

The center provides meals for 330 children; legal assistance in criminal, civil, and commercial matters; medical, psychological, gynecologic, dental, and psychiatric care; and implements education, development, and hospitality projects.

Social work programme made up of university volunteers with the aim of working on a model of intervention in vulnerable communities in the state of Aguascalientes and Jalisco.

University network where students can develop a social business model; social entrepreneurship becomes a reality through calls for proposals, workshops, and national competitions. 

Diploma in social training where young people learn the basics of social responsibility in 4 modules. 

Asynchronous course focused on graduates or people interested in obtaining knowledge related to social commitment, circular economy, social entrepreneurship, social debt and corporate social responsibility.

"For a new generation at work". Strategic Social Project of Compromiso Social Guadalajara that was born in 2003 to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities. In the first 10 years, it sought the labour inclusion of people with disabilities in companies in the ZMG.

Currently, our objective is to raise awareness in order to achieve a Culture of Inclusion of People with Disabilities in the educational and social spheres and within our University Community.

Strategic Social Project of Compromiso Social Guadalajara in which we seek, since 2011, to improve and dignify the housing of UP Operations Staff and their families, through the active participation of students, alumni, professors and the entire University Community.

Strategic Social Project of Compromiso Social Guadalajara, which aims to promote giving, receiving and giving thanks, on the occasion of the Christmas holidays.

Navidad Bajo el Arbolito was born in November 2016 on the occasion of the Christmas holidays and with the purpose of promoting healthy coexistence: giving, receiving and giving thanks. Students, administrative and academic staff of Universidad Panamericana are invited to sponsor the sons and daughters of the University's Operations Staff with a Christmas gift.
