Aldo Eugenio has a degree in Marketing in Foreign Trade from the American Technological University with studies at the University of Turin, Italy, and is a specialist in Advertising and Promotional Techniques from the latter. He has a specialty in Philosophical Anthropology and a Master's Degree in Management and Direction of Educational Centers from Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes.

Throughout his professional life, he has served as manager of the central business unit of Frigorizados La Huerta, director of academic management and internationalization at the Technological University of Aguascalientes, private secretary to the secretary of finance of the State of Aguascalientes, director of political analysis and public policies at the General Coordination of Cabinet of the State of Aguascalientes, as well as General Director of Monitoring and Follow-up of Strategic Programs at the General Coordination of Cabinet.

At Universidad Panamericana he has held various positions as head of the undergraduate programs in Administration and Management and Family Business Administration and Management, as well as director of DBL and special projects, a position he still holds today.
