Irery Melchor-Durán holds a PhD in Administrative Sciences, a Master's degree in Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes.

During his doctoral studies, he completed a research fellowship at HEC Montreal in Canada and at the Universidad del Rosario in Colombia.

Since 2022, she has been working at the Universidad Panamericana in Aguascalientes, Mexico, where she is a research professor and head of the entrepreneurship program. She serves on the T-MEC SME Committee.

He has published articles in scientific journals indexed in Scopus and book chapters with various publishers, including Pearson.

His research interests include: entrepreneurship among college students, the intersection of social issues and entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship and religion, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

An economist and researcher with a Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences, a master’s degree in Taxation, and a specialization in Foreign Trade. Her research focuses on environmental economics, public finance, and sustainability from an interdisciplinary public policy perspective.

She is currently a Research Professor at the National Autonomous University of Aguascalientes ( Universidad Panamericana), Aguascalientes Campus, and a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI) in Mexico. Her current work focuses on decarbonization, carbon markets, and the impact of nearshoring in the region, serving as a voice in the transition toward a greener and more competitive economy.

A researcher in corporate sustainability and the circular economy, with research interests in eco-innovation, sustainable marketing, and intrapreneurship. Her work focuses on analyzing models that integrate economic competitiveness and socio-environmental value in organizational contexts.

He has conducted applied research projects focused on studying issues in the productive sector, with an emphasis on structural equation models for analyzing complex relationships between business and sustainability variables.

Alberto López Alanis studied electronic engineering at the Faculty of Sciences of the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí. He earned a Master of Science degree in electronic engineering, with an emphasis on instrumentation, from the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas. He subsequently earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Division of Engineering at the Irapuato-Salamanca Campus (DICIS) of the University of Guanajuato.

He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Mathematical Research, Aguascalientes Unit. He is currently a full-time professor in the School of Engineering at the Universidad Panamericana, Aguascalientes campus.

His research interests include expert systems, artificial intelligence applications, and computer vision.

He holds a Ph.D. in Sociocultural Studies from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes and has a strong background in social philosophy, ethics, and anthropology. Since 2014, he has been a full-time professor at the Universidad Panamericana, where he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses and been involved in academic administration; he currently serves as a research professor.

He is the author of *Vulnerability as the Source of Political Obligation* (Eunsa, 2024) and co-author of *Educating for Citizenship* (Tirant, 2025), as well as various articles in indexed journals.

He has extensive experience as a lecturer on educational topics and a professional background dedicated to documenting social infrastructure in marginalized areas of Mexico. He has been a member of the National System of Researchers since 2026.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Autonomous University of Zacatecas. He also holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in environmental engineering and a Ph.D. in Anthropogenic Sciences with an emphasis on Civil Engineering, both from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes.

His research focuses on hydrogeological risks, particularly land subsidence processes and the formation of discontinuities associated with this phenomenon. His work integrates geospatial analysis techniques for evaluating surface deformation using Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry (InSAR), supplemented by in situ geophysical exploration methods.

His academic interest focuses on understanding the mechanisms that cause ground deformation in anthropogenic contexts, as well as on developing methodologies for monitoring, modeling, and zoning subsidence risk, thereby contributing to land-use management and the mitigation of impacts on infrastructure and human settlements.

He holds a degree in Electronics and Digital Systems Engineering with a specialization in Robotics. He has a Master of Science degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico ( Universidad Panamericana ), Aguascalientes campus, and holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and a Ph.D. in Engineering from the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology in Moscow, Russia, and the National Autonomous University of Mexico ( Universidad Panamericana ), Aguascalientes campus. He is a candidate member of the National System of Researchers.

He currently serves as a Professor-Researcher and Academic Coordinator at the Aguascalientes campus of the Universidad Panamericana , where he actively participates in curriculum development and the training of engineers in areas such as embedded systems, industrial robotics, and microcontrollers. Since 2017, he has taught various courses, including Digital Circuits, Fundamentals of Electronics, and Microcontrollers.

His research focuses on power electronics, particularly energy storage systems based on supercapacitors and modular multilevel converters. He also collaborates with the university’s robotics team, coordinating the electronics area and promoting participation in international projects.

He has participated in science outreach activities on radio, podcasts, and television, with the goal of fostering an interest in engineering and research among younger generations.
