    Julieta Domínguez Soberanes

    Food Engineer with a Master's degree in Biotechnology and a PhD in Biological Sciences. He is a student of the IPADE-ADEA program. Since 2012 he has been working at Universidad Panamericana in Aguascalientes (Mexico), where he is Full Professor A in the School of Food Business Management.

    His research area is focused on Food Science and Technology. In addition, she is a member of the National System of Researchers, level 1 (through the National Council of Science and Technology of Mexico). She participates in COPARMEX, in the Innovation Commission, on behalf of Aguascalientes. She serves as President of Philanthropy and Humanitarian Technology (SIGHT) in IEEE for the period 2021-2022. She is a member of the Women Entrepreneurs of Maguey in Aguascalientes, Mexico. She is a member of the Mexican Association of Food Science (AMECA). She has participated in nationally and internationally funded projects. She has published several articles in international journals indexed in Scopus.

    Ethel Beatriz Junco de Calabrese

    She holds a BA in Literature from the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, a PhD in Literature from the Universidad del Salvador, both in Argentina, and a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Barcelona, Spain.

    Professor and researcher at the Institute of Humanities of the Universidad Panamericana, Campus Aguascalientes, Mexico, where she is Head of the Academy of History of Culture and Man and the Contemporary World.

    Professor categorized Level D with emphasis in research by the Universidad Panamericana and Researcher Level I of the National System of Researchers, Conacyt, Mexico.
    She is an undergraduate and graduate professor, thesis director and research advisor for specialized journals. Her area of study is the hermeneutics of classical tradition and her research deals with the re-reading of Greek myths in European and Latin American literary culture.

    Claudio César Calabrese

    Prof. Claudio César Calabrese was born in Argentina; he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, in 1984 and a Doctorate in Letters from the Universidad del Salvador, in the city of Buenos Aires, in 1999. At the University of Barcelona (Spain), he obtained the degrees of Master and Doctor of Philosophy. Since 2014, he is a full time professor at the Institute of Humanities of the Universidad Panamericana (Campus Aguascalientes) and since 2017, Secretary of Research at the Institute; Member Level I of the National System of Researchers of CONACyT; he is responsible for the Research Line Myth, Knowledge and Action. His field of research is linked to pagan and Christian Neoplatonism, especially focused on the figure of St. Augustine. He has published six books, a dozen book chapters and dozens of articles in his specialty.
