He is an arbitrator authorized by the National Copyright Institute to resolve disputes.
Professor in the Master’s programs in Industrial and Intellectual Property at the Panamericana University (Mexico), Austral University (Argentina), Carlos Tercero University (Spain), and the University of the Andes (Colombia).
He has written numerous articles on Industrial and Intellectual Property for various legal journals. Author of seven books on industrial and intellectual property; the most recent is *Industrial Property Law in Mexico* (2022).
He is currently Director of the Master’s Program in Industrial Property, Copyright, and New Technologies at the Universidad Panamericana; and a Level 2 member of the National System of Researchers.

Dr. Héctor Eduardo Gilardi Velázquez holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from the Autonomous University of Coahuila and a master’s degree and a doctorate in Control and Dynamic Systems from the Potosí Institute for Scientific and Technological Research.

He has published more than 30 research articles in international journals, 6 book chapters, and two books; he has participated in 10 international conferences and 16 national conferences; he is a member of the Mexican Physical Society and the Mexican Association for Dynamical Systems and Complexity.

He has been a professor at the Autonomous University of Coahuila and the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí. He is currently a Level 1 member of the National System of Researchers and a Tenured Research Professor (Level B) in the School of Engineering at the Universidad Panamericana.

He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education from the Universidad Panamericana. He holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes. His research focuses on the thought and impact of Ernst Cassirer on contemporary philosophy. He is the co-author of the following books: Myth, Knowledge, and Action. Continuity and Change in Cultural Processes (2017, Peter Lang); *The Bounds of Myth: The Logical Path from Action to Knowledge* (2021, Brill); *Ernst Cassirer: The Symbolic Unity of Culture* (2024, Peter Lang); *Myth and Religion: The Cultural and Philosophical Significance of the Hero* (Brill, 2025); and *The Universal Form of the Singular: The Early Philosophy of Ernest Cassirer (1898–1917) (Brill, 2026). He is also the author of more than 20 scholarly articles on Cassirer. He is a member of the S.N.I.I. (National Institute of Research) at Level I and a tenured professor in the UP system at Level C.

He is a full-time researcher at the Institute of Humanities at the Universidad Panamericana, Aguascalientes campus, where he also serves as research secretary. He is a member of the editorial board of the journals *Kierkegaard Studies Yearbook* (Walter de Gruyter) and *Filozofia*. He has translated several works by the Danish philosopher Søren Kierkegaard into Spanish, including *For an Examination of Conscience* (2008), *Postscript* (2009), and *Prefaces* (2011). He led the project to translate Kierkegaard’s diaries and papers into Spanish between 2011 and 2021. He has published numerous articles and book chapters in the field of Kierkegaard studies and the culture of Denmark’s Golden Age. His most recent books are *Philosophical and Theological Perspectives on the Figure of Job* (Brill, 2025) and *Poul Martin Møller: Poet, Philosopher, and Philologist* (Brill, 2026). He is currently working on a book about Kierkegaard’s early writings.

Dr. María Teresa Enríquez Gómez. Research Professor at the Institute of Humanities, with a deep commitment to academia that she has cultivated since 1995 through her teaching and her research on the Philosophy of Action, with a specialized focus on the thought of Thomas Aquinas.

To a lesser extent, he has explored this same area in analytic philosophy through the work of Harry Frankfurt. His current interests extend to Leonardo Polo and key concepts such as empire, nature, causality, and freedom.

His doctoral dissertation, which received the Extraordinary Award from the University of Navarra, was published by the prestigious German publisher Georg Olms Verlag (2011) and has been reviewed in five countries, demonstrating its international impact.

She has participated in three research projects funded by the Spanish government (2006–2016) and served as principal investigator for a team funded by CONACYT in 2010.

Her publications appear in journals indexed in Scopus and in highly prestigious publications in Germany, Spain, the United States, England, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, and Brazil. She has been invited to speak in Poland and to develop an online course for the International University of La Rioja (UNIR).

In addition to her academic work, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to social causes, serving as a member of the civil society organization “Aguascalientes, Gran Visión” (2003–2017), which focuses on regional development, and as an advisor to a youth training project that received an award from the Mexican Institute of Youth (2009).

Food Engineer with a Master's degree in Biotechnology and a PhD in Biological Sciences. He is a student of the IPADE-ADEA program. Since 2012 he has been working at Universidad Panamericana in Aguascalientes (Mexico), where he is Full Professor A in the School of Food Business Management.

His research focuses on Food Science and Technology. In addition, she is a Level 2 member of the National System of Researchers (through Mexico’s National Council for Science and Technology). She serves on the Innovation Commission of COPARMEX, representing Aguascalientes. She serves as Chair of Philanthropy and Humanitarian Technology (SIGHT) at IEEE for the 2021–2022 term. She is a member of the Maguey Women Entrepreneurs Association in Aguascalientes, Mexico. She is a member of the Mexican Association of Food Science (AMECA). She has participated in nationally and internationally funded projects. She has published several articles in international journals indexed in Scopus.

She holds a BA in Literature from the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, a PhD in Literature from the Universidad del Salvador, both in Argentina, and a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Barcelona, Spain.

Professor and researcher at the Institute of Humanities of the Universidad Panamericana, Campus Aguascalientes, Mexico, where she is Head of the Academy of History of Culture and Man and the Contemporary World.

His field of study is the hermeneutics of tradition in the classical tradition, and his research focuses on the reinterpretation of Greek myths in European and Latin American literary culture.

Prof. Claudio César Calabrese was born in Argentina; he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, in 1984 and a Doctorate in Letters from the Universidad del Salvador, in the city of Buenos Aires, in 1999. At the University of Barcelona (Spain), he obtained the degrees of Master and Doctor of Philosophy. Since 2014, he is a full time professor at the Institute of Humanities of the Universidad Panamericana (Campus Aguascalientes) and since 2017, Secretary of Research at the Institute; Member Level I of the National System of Researchers of CONACyT; he is responsible for the Research Line Myth, Knowledge and Action. His field of research is linked to pagan and Christian Neoplatonism, especially focused on the figure of St. Augustine. He has published six books, a dozen book chapters and dozens of articles in his specialty.
