He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universidad Panamericana.
He holds a Doctor of Laws degree from the Complutense University of Madrid.
He has delivered numerous lectures on industrial and intellectual property at the national and international levels.
He is an arbitrator authorized by the National Copyright Institute to resolve disputes.
Professor in the Master’s programs in Industrial and Intellectual Property at the Panamericana University (Mexico), Austral University (Argentina), Carlos Tercero University (Spain), and the University of the Andes (Colombia).
He has written numerous articles on Industrial and Intellectual Property for various legal journals. Author of seven books on industrial and intellectual property; the most recent is *Industrial Property Law in Mexico* (2022).
He is currently Director of the Master’s Program in Industrial Property, Copyright, and New Technologies at the Universidad Panamericana; and a Level 2 member of the National System of Researchers.
