He is a full-time researcher at the Institute of Humanities at the Universidad Panamericana, Aguascalientes campus, where he also serves as research secretary. He is a member of the editorial board of the journals *Kierkegaard Studies Yearbook* (Walter de Gruyter) and *Filozofia*. He has translated several works by the Danish philosopher Søren Kierkegaard into Spanish, including *For an Examination of Conscience* (2008), *Postscript* (2009), and *Prefaces* (2011). He led the project to translate Kierkegaard’s diaries and papers into Spanish between 2011 and 2021. He has published numerous articles and book chapters in the field of Kierkegaard studies and the culture of Denmark’s Golden Age. His most recent books are *Philosophical and Theological Perspectives on the Figure of Job* (Brill, 2025) and *Poul Martin Møller: Poet, Philosopher, and Philologist* (Brill, 2026). He is currently working on a book about Kierkegaard’s early writings.
