Karen González Fernández

She has a degree in Philosophy from Universidad Panamericana and a Master's degree and PhD in Philosophy of Science from UNAM.

Since 2010 she is a research professor at the Faculty of Philosophy at Universidad Panamericana, where she teaches classes of Propositional Logic, Predicate Calculus, Contemporary Epistemology and Philosophy of Science, mainly. She also serves as Editorial Secretary of Tópicos, Revista de Filosofía.

Her main lines of research are the philosophy and teaching of logic and the philosophy of artificial intelligence. She is the researcher responsible for the seminar "Logic, Epistemology and Ethics of Artificial Intelligence" organized in conjunction with the Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad Panamericana, which has been held for three years.

He is a member of the Mexican Academy of Logic, where he has been in charge of the Coordination related to the International Logic Olympiad. He is also a member of the Philosophical Association of Mexico.
