He holds a degree in Philosophy from Universidad Panamericana and a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Navarra where he was recognized with the Extraordinary Thesis Award 2014. Since 2015 he works as a Research Professor in the Faculty of Philosophy at Universidad Panamericana and is currently Director of the Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy at the same University. Since 2016 he belongs to the National System of Researchers of CONACYT (Level I). He was director of the Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy at Universidad Panamericana from 2019 to 2023 and is currently the director of the Philosophy faculty at the same institution. He is a member of the faculty of the Master in Ancient Philosophy and a member of the Interdisciplinary Committee of Ethics of the UP.

He is the author of the book: El concepto leibniziano de espacio. La polémica con Clarke y el newtonianismo (EUNSA, 2014) and of several specialized articles. His lines of research cover the philosophy of nature, bioethics, philosophy of science, modern philosophy and metaphysics of the seventeenth century.
