He holds a degree in Philosophy from the Universidad Panamericana, PhD in Philosophy from the University of Navarra. He is a professor and researcher at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Universidad Panamericana. Member of the National System of Researchers of CONACYT. His area of specialization is medieval and scholastic philosophy, with special emphasis on the legal and practical philosophy of the period. He is the author of several academic works on this subject, including the book Acción, praxis y ley.
