The Music and Innovation Program at Universidad Panamericana seeks to train professionals in the arts with the most advanced and original curriculum in Mexico, with three areas of study and international projection:
- Interpretation
- Education
- Music composition
Students in any of the three areas available are able to perfect their skills in one of the following options:
- Vocal performance (opera or contemporary)
- Piano
- Harp
- Violin
- Viola
- Cello
- Double bass
- Transverse flute
- Oboe
- Clarinet
- Saxophone
- Bassoon
- French horn
- Trumpet
- Trombone
- Tuba
- Guitar

In addition, the School of Fine Arts provides its students with specialized faculty staff who, in conjunction with the program, form artists with a humane and ethical vision.

ENTRY PROFILE
Any applicant of the Music and Innovation Program should be interested in transforming their environment through music, having the following attributes:
- Curiosity for musical performance, creation and teaching.
- The minimum level of musical performance is equivalent to a grade 6 of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music or Trinity College London.
- This level can be in any instrument of a symphony orchestra, rock or jazz ensemble, or opera or contemporary vocal performance.
GRADUATE PROFILE
As a graduate of the Music and Innovation Program at UP you will be able to:
- Play musical instruments to work in concert, symphonic ensembles, chamber, or contemporary popular music groups.
- Create and produce sound works in the fields of classical and contemporary popular music.
- Conducting choral or instrumental ensembles.
- Arranging or improvising in various genres of musical expression.
- Produce music projects in all genres and media.
- Composing music for various fields: films, video games, museums, music therapy, etc.
- Directing private and public institutions of cultural dissemination.
- Teaching music in various learning scenarios: instrumental, choral or group.
