Journalism Program

In the Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Journalism we train professionals with a creative, managerial and entrepreneurial vocation, capable of analysing the national and international environment, as well as the social, cultural, political and economic conditions that surround it.

In order to interpret them and make them known through the generation of appropriate content, both for traditional and digital platforms, all in an ethical manner and with a broad humanist sense, seeking that, with their leadership in public opinion, they contribute to the improvement of their society.

ENTRY PROFILE

Our applicants for the Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Journalism are interested in and knowledgeable about the social sciences, the political, economic, social and cultural environment, as well as written communication.

They also have the skills to monitor current affairs, understanding the motives and scope of the social impact of the media and the shaping of public opinion.

Finally, they possess skills of analysis, synthesis, research and innovation, putting them at the service of truth and society.

GRADUATE PROFILE

Our graduates develop skills for planning content with a strategic mindset, responding to the information needs of brands and individuals, as well as for the development and evaluation of journalistic communication processes, for knowledge of the public and the generation of links with the different segments with which they seek to communicate, and finally, creative and innovative skills in the creation of information content and for managing cross-cutting work teams.
