Bachelor's Degree in Administration and Management

The bachelor's degree in Administration and Management is oriented to train graduates who master and apply the principles and techniques of planning, organization, management and control of the highest management levels of the various organizations, applying the concepts, principles and techniques of marketing, economics, law, operations, computer science, human sciences and finance, being able to evaluate and redesign organizational structures, systems and procedures, carrying out strategies of good governance in the company and establishing models of corporate governance, family governance or organizational development within the same in order to implement a successful business strategy. Showing leadership in negotiation, decision making and human relations.

  4. Overall undergraduate grade point average not less than 9.0 and not having failed any subject in the curriculum.
  5. Summer course at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) in Madrid, Spain.
  6. Graduate studies in the School of Economics and Business Administration, related studies in one of the three campuses of the Universidad Panamericana or external university.
