GRADUATE PROFILE
The graduate of the Bachelor's Degree in Administration and Finance will have the following knowledge, abilities, attitudes and skills:
Knowledge of:
- The principles of economic and modern management theory in order to make a relevant application of them in the administrative processes within the companies.
- The concepts and function of the legal framework under which the organizational dynamics are governed.
- The fundamentals that make up the budget process and its corresponding functions.
- Elements and design of financial statements and the correct interpretation of their results.
- Basic aspects of cash flows and their relationship and impact on accounting information.
- The sources of short and long-term financing, related to working capital and fixed assets for their correct interpretation and application.
- Quantitative and qualitative approach techniques for their application in the analysis of investment projects.

- The administration of material resources and human capital in each of the areas that make up the organization.
- Formation of working groups to efficiently follow up the company's objectives.
- Professional communication of the company's needs in multicultural environments.
