By combining various applications in the field of engineering, this program will enable students to learn and apply manufacturing process design, along with materials technology.
Thus, the goal of the Bachelor’s degree in Innovation and Design Engineering is to generate ideas that enable the implementation of business processes allowing companies to stand out on the global stage through innovation.

The learning outcomes for the Innovation and Design Engineering program at the Mexico City Campus of the School of Engineering are:
- Identify and formulate engineering problems by applying basic science principles
- Solve engineering problems by applying engineering principles.
- Develop an entrepreneurial mindset by applying, analyzing and synthesizing engineering design processes that result in initiatives that solve global needs through the integration of economic, environmental, social and cultural perspectives.
- Analyze and interpret data to establish conclusions that propose engineering solutions.

- Communicate effectively with different audiences in Spanish.
