Antonia Terán Bustamante earned a Ph.D. in Management Sciences and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). During her doctoral studies, she received a scholarship from CONACYT and graduated with honors. Since 2013, she has worked at the Universidad Panamericana Mexico City Campus, where she is a Full Professor in the School of Economics and Business. She is also a Level 1 member of the National System of Researchers (CONACYT).
During her graduate studies, she was awarded the Alfonso Caso Medal. Her research focuses on innovation, competitiveness, entrepreneurship, human capital, machine learning models, and Bayesian networks. She has published in international scientific journals indexed in Scopus, including *Journal of Open Innovation: Technology, Market, and Complexity*, *Administrative Sciences*, *Sustainability*, *Contaduría y Administración*, and *Frontiers in Psychology*.
