He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education from the Universidad Panamericana. He holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes. His research focuses on the thought and impact of Ernst Cassirer on contemporary philosophy. He is the co-author of the following books: Myth, Knowledge, and Action. Continuity and Change in Cultural Processes (2017, Peter Lang); *The Bounds of Myth: The Logical Path from Action to Knowledge* (2021, Brill); *Ernst Cassirer: The Symbolic Unity of Culture* (2024, Peter Lang); *Myth and Religion: The Cultural and Philosophical Significance of the Hero* (Brill, 2025); and *The Universal Form of the Singular: The Early Philosophy of Ernest Cassirer (1898–1917) (Brill, 2026). He is also the author of more than 20 scholarly articles on Cassirer. He is a member of the S.N.I.I. (National Institute of Research) at Level I and a tenured professor in the UP system at Level C.
