Ph.D. in Law from the University of Valencia (Spain). The degree was awarded unanimously with the distinction of "Excellent Cum Laude" for the thesis: "Ecofeminism: A Study of Its Contribution to the Debate on Biotechnology"

Full-time professor at the Universidad Panamericana of Universidad Panamericana Law School, Mexico City Campus, where he teaches in the Bachelor of Laws program and in various graduate law programs.

Visiting professor in the Master’s Program in Human Rights, Peace, and Sustainable Development at the University of Valencia. 

Level III National Researcher, National System of Researchers of the National Council for Humanities, Science, and Technology (CONAHCYT).
