Lourdes Velázquez, PhD in Philosophy, University of Genoa, Italy. Master in Bioethics, Ateneo Pontificio Regina Apostolorum, Italy. Master in Philosophical Consultancy and Existential Anthropology, European University, Rome. Doctor in Bioethics, Universidad Anahuac, Mexico.
Since 2016 she works at Universidad Panamericana as a professor and researcher at the Interdisciplinary Center for Bioethics at Universidad Panamericana. She is also a member of the National System of Researchers level II Vice President of the International Federation of Philosophical Societies (2013-2018). Member of the International Institute of Philosophy (Paris), in 2021 he received the Award for Educational Excellence and the Doctorate Honoris Causa, awarded by the International Organization for Inclusion and Quality (Peru).
He has publications in indexed scientific journals. His research activity has been developed in two fundamental areas: bioethics and the philosophy of ancient Mexico.
