Civil Engineer and Master of Science in Construction Management from the Universidad Panamericana , Guadalajara Campus, both degrees earned with honors.
Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
He is currently a Level 1 member of the National System of Researchers in Mexico.
Tenured Research Professor D, the highest rank at our institution.
He currently serves as Vice Rector at our campus.
He previously served as Dean of the School of Engineering for 6 years, and before that was Director of the Graduate Engineering Programs.
