Professor Francisco Vázquez Gómez Bisogno holds a PhD in Law from Universidad Panamericana. He is a National Researcher Level I of the SNI of CONACYT. Master in Constitutional Procedural Law, Master in Legal Sciences and Specialist in Amparo Proceedings.
He teaches Constitutional Theory and Mexican Constitutional Law at the Law School of Universidad Panamericana, Campus Mexico. He has been Director of the Postgraduate Program and currently serves as Academic Secretary of said School.
He is co-author of the book: Bioética y Aborto. Por una cultura de la vida (Trillas), and author of the books: La defensa del núcleo intangible de la Constitución, El Matrimonio y la Suprema Corte y Crisis constitucionales (Porrúa); El control de convencionalidad. Hacia una teoría de la argumentación convencional and El decálogo del jurista contemporáneo (Tirant Lo Blanch).
