Gloria Isabel Lizárraga Álvarez holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. She has completed her Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences and is currently in the process of obtaining her certification and degree.
She serves as a university professor and Academic Director of Finance, contributing to academic coordination and the enhancement of educational quality in the field of finance.
He has participated in research on educational innovation, notably through his collaboration on the study “Enhancing Learning of Accounting Principles Through Experiential Learning in a Board Game,” which focuses on the use of experiential learning to strengthen understanding of basic accounting principles through instructional tools.
His academic interests focus on business strategies, particularly in the areas of strategic management, business competitiveness, and organizational leadership, with an emphasis on small and medium-sized enterprises.
