Jaime Olaiz González is a research professor of Constitutional Theory, International Law, and U.S. Jurisprudence at the Universidad Panamericana of Universidad Panamericana School of Law, where he has been on the faculty since 1998.
Professor Olaiz-González holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico ( Universidad Panamericana ), and a master’s degree (LL.M.) and a doctorate in law (J.S.D.) from Yale University. He is a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI). He was a Fulbright-García Robles fellow. He has served as a visiting professor at Fordham Law School, St. Thomas University (Miami, FL), and the University of Graz (Austria). His publications have appeared in Scopus-indexed academic journals such as *Cuestiones Constitucionales* and *Tópicos*, as well as in the *Vienna Journal on International Constitutional Law*.
