Professor Leonardo Valdivia Parga received his Master’s degree in Telecommunications and his Ph.D. in Applied Engineering from the University of Navarra in 2014 and 2017, respectively. During his master’s and doctoral studies, he received the “Studies Abroad” scholarship from CONACYT in recognition of his academic performance.
Since 2017, he has been working at the National Autonomous University of Guadalajara ( Universidad Panamericana ) in Guadalajara, Mexico, where he has served as a Research Professor in the School of Engineering. He is currently a Level 1 member of the National System of Researchers.
A Ph.D. graduate with honors (Cum Laude), he has participated in more than 10 industry-related projects over the past 4 years, winning the Diseña México award in 2020 and 2021 for the project with the greatest technological impact. He has more than 30 publications in scientific journals indexed in Scopus.
His research interests include: blockchain applications, critical security systems, wireless networks, and railway systems.
