Dental Surgeon from the Universidad Latinoamericana; Bachelor of Philosophy from La Salle University; Master’s in Bioethics from the Center for Bioethics Studies and Research; Master’s in Humanities and Doctor of Philosophy from the University Center of Mexico City in scientific collaboration with the Fondation de Recherches et d’Éditions de Philosophie Neohellénique in Athens; He also holds a Doctorate in Philosophy and Letters from Anáhuac del Sur University and a postdoctoral degree in Philosophy from the University Center of Mexico City, in addition to having studied Theology at La Salle University and the Sapientia Institute.
He is an Associate Vice President for life and has served as president of the Mexican Society of Philosophy, founded by José Vasconcelos. He is Secretary General of the International Thomas Aquinas Society of Mexico. He is a Corresponding Member of the Pontifical Academy of St. Thomas Aquinas. He is a Full Member of the Hispano-American Academy of Sciences, Arts, and Letters, affiliated with the Royal Spanish Academy. He is a Full Member of the Hispano-American Academy of Doctors. He is a member of the Argentine Thomist Society. He serves as Director General of the International Thomas Aquinas Academy and is an Adjunct Professor at F.A.S.T.A. University in Mar del Plata, Argentina.
He was the founder and dean of the School of Philosophy and Letters at Anáhuac del Sur University. He was also the founder and dean of the School of Humanities at Simón Bolívar University and the Academic Vice President of Simón Bolívar University. He is currently a Research Professor in the Department of Humanities at the University of the South ( Universidad Panamericana), Director of the Center for Bioethics Studies and Research (CEIB), and professor of Metaphysics I and II in the bachelor’s program in philosophy at Gabriela Mistral University in Santiago, Chile. He contributes to various national and international media outlets. He holds Level I status in the National System of Researchers.
He has received numerous national and international awards and is the author of more than 100 articles published in specialized journals and websites in Europe, the United States, and Latin America. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at various universities, including UNAM, ITAM, Universidad Anáhuac, the Universidad Panamericana, TEC de Monterrey, CEIB, and Universidad Gabriela Mistral. He has given numerous lectures in Mexico and abroad and has appeared in national and international media outlets.
