Dr. Manuel Soto-Pérez is a Research Professor in the School of Business at the University of Guadalajara ( Universidad Panamericana ). He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (UAG, 2017) and a Master’s degree in Engineering (UP, 2012).
As a member of the National System of Researchers (SNII, CONAHCYT), her work focuses on statistical modeling of well-being and performance in organizations and institutions.
He has published notable articles in international journals indexed in Scopus, such as the *Journal of Happiness Studies*, the *Business Process Management Journal*, and *Accounting Education*.
Currently, his research focuses on positive psychology, educational management, and the development of transparent methodological frameworks in R (PLS-SEM) for data analysis.
