María del Carmen Camacho Gómez received her Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from the Complutense University of Madrid in 2019, and her Master’s degree in Education and her Specialization in Anthropology from the Universidad Panamericana in 2007 and 2012, respectively. In 2005, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from the Universidad Intercontinental. Since 2011, she has worked at the School of Communication at the Universidad Panamericana, in Mexico City. She currently serves as Secretary of Student Affairs, professor, and associate researcher.
In addition, he is a member of the National System of Researchers (through Mexico’s National Council for Science and Technology). He has published articles in indexed journals, such as *Journal Ética y Cine* and *Revista Panamericana de Comunicación*.
His research interests include the media, audiovisual narrative, historical fiction, and the analysis of audiovisual content.
